There are many compelling reasons for donating to Air Compassion for Veterans®. All expenses to sustain our presence as a nonprofit organization, to conduct outreach in the military and veterans communities, to receive, process and validate veteran transport requests, and to provide ticketing are the sole responsibility of ACV and its donor base. ACV incurs an average of $76 in expenses to provide each ticket used in the program; our American Airlines partner donates the free ticket which has an average value of $400. This means that every dollar of support given to ACV carries a benefit of over five dollars to a wounded warrior or adversely-affected family member. Air Compassion for Veterans cannot operate without the generosity and support of our partners and our valued friends. Any gift, large or small, makes a difference in our ability to help wounded warriors.
